Typical Grant Cycle Timeline
September 1: Grant cycle opens.
Early October: Grant applications for the following summer are submitted electronically. The application is shared among funders of SAIL programs. Follow-up may occur in October and November.
Mid-December: Grant decisions are communicated to applicants.
December → February: Grants are disbursed.
August: Each program submits end-of-summer reports.
